It also gives you valuable tools to comfort and soothe your baby, helping you to understand and respond to their cues with confidence.

What to Expect - Baby Massage
What to Expect
Each class lasts approximately 2 hours, allowing plenty of time to relax, connect with your baby, and enjoy a chat with other parents over a cup of tea or coffee — and of course, the famous purple snack.
Over the course of the programme:
Each week, you will learn massage strokes for a different part of your baby’s body, while also revisiting techniques from previous weeks so you feel confident and comfortable with the full routine.
Comprehensive handouts are provided, covering the full body massage, so you don’t need to worry about remembering everything.
Classes are relaxed, fun, and interactive. You will massage your own baby while being gently guided step-by-step, with demonstrations provided on a doll.
Classes are baby-led, meaning you are always free to pause to feed, change, or comfort your baby whenever needed.
Weekly Parent Support Topics - Infant Massage
Each week, we also take time to chat about common parenting topics and share practical guidance to support you and your baby:
Week 1: Digestive comfort and gentle winding techniques
Week 2: Supporting and encouraging tummy time
Week 3: Understanding baby sleep
Week 4: Weaning guidance, group photo, and time to chat and connect
Week 5: Graduation celebration and special completion moment
These relaxed discussions give you the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and feel supported throughout your journey.

Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum & Baby Yoga is a gentle, fun, and engaging class designed to support both you and your baby as you grow and develop together. Building on the connection created through baby massage, this class focuses on movement, bonding, and wellbeing for both mum and baby.
For your baby, we incorporate guided stretches and playful movements that support core strength, preparation for crawling, and cross-body movements—important for brain development, coordination, and concentration. The class also helps promote gross motor skills, body awareness, and organisation, all in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
For mums, the class includes restorative stretching and strengthening, with a focus on relieving tension in the neck and shoulders, rebuilding core strength, and gently supporting the pelvic floor after birth.
Each session blends movement, relaxation, and interaction, giving you practical tools to help soothe, calm, or gently stimulate your baby, while also taking time to care for your own body and wellbeing.
This is a 5-week course, with each class lasting 1.5 hours, creating space for connection, development, and a supportive community atmosphere.
Suitable from 12 weeks (once your baby has good head control) until they begin to crawl.
From birth, babies respond naturally to the gentle combination of yoga, movement, and nurturing touch.
